But when we choose to align our thoughts with God’s truth, we begin to experience emotional freedom.

Isaiah 26:3 says, “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” When we choose to trust God and focus on His faithfulness, we experience emotional stability and peace.
